Location
On the 25th floor of an office tower in the downtown Hong Kong, stands an astonishing restaurant, SEVVA. This ‘ultra-glamorous’ venue, as Daily Telegraph have called it, shows the true spirit of Hong Kong. Same as the city, SEVVA is also a product of various cultures from all around the world, which can be seen both in the interior and its dishes. The cuisine is a combination of European food styles with the traditional Asian recipes. Here you can taste the spiciness of the Southern Indian Dosas or rich taste of French cheeses, not to mention the tastiness of ancient Chinese dishes, which are a definite recommendation. Food isn’t the only thing that makes SEVVA one of the top restaurants of Hong Kong. The venue just radiates with class. The walls are covered in works of arts of many celebrated modern artists, while the furniture is masterpiece itself. The most valuable item in the venue is the giant chandelier that in the 50s graced the British embassy in Rome.
SEVVA occupies the 25th floor of the Prince’s Building, a business and shopping tower in the center of Hong Kong. The address is 10 Chater Road Central, Hong Kong. The Central subway station is just a hundred meters away.
This is an upper class venue and the prices are high. Also, there is a dress code demanding a stylish attire to be worn.
