Bondi to Coogee Beach Coastal Walk

The Bondi to Coogee Beach Costal walk is a popular walking track that takes you past most of the city beaches and along spectacular cliff tops. The walking trip extends for six km in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. It features beautiful views, beaches, parks, cliffs, bays and rock pools. You can rest, swim or eat on the open during the trip. All beaches offer picnic shelters, electric barbecues, play areas, kiosks, toilets and change-rooms. The walk is not difficult, there are medium gradient paths and several staircases with occasional seating. It takes about two hours to complete the Bondi to Coogee Beach section and another hour and a half if you choose to continue to Maroubra.

Royal Botanic Gardens

Taronga Zoo is the city zoo of Sydney, located on the shores of Sydney Harbour in the suburb of Mosman.

Divided into eight zoogeographic regions, the 21-hectare Taronga Zoo is home to over 2,600 animals of 340 species. You can catch the Zoo Sky Safari chair lift to take you to the top and begin your downhill trek along a different path of the Zoo. At the Animal Encounters experience you can enter the enclosures of some of the animals. The Zoo also includes the Great Southern Oceans exhibit featuring Australian Sea Lions, Australian Fur Seals, New Zealand Fur Seals, Californian Sea Lions, Leopard Seals, Penguins and Pelicans.
