Whitewater Ski Resort, located just outside Nelson, British Columbia, is a powderhound paradise with an average annual snowfall of over 40 feet. Whitewater, who calls the legendary Selkirk Mountain Range home, provides skiers and snowboarders 1184 acres of skiable terrain and a 2044 foot vertical drop. The mountain consists of groomed runs, open bowls, glades, chutes, and tree skiing all accessible from three chairlifts including the new Glory Ridge chair. The town of Nelson provides guests with a selection of Inns, hotels, motels and guest homes as well as a ton of dining options.
