Tremblant sits at 2871 feet in elevation in the Laurentians of Quebec, and is often referred to as the premier European Resort in North America.
Trollhaugen, located 50 minutes North of Minneapolis - St. Paul in Dresser, WI, offers skiing and snowboarding on 22 runs, 4 terrain parks, a 2.5km XC trail, 10 lanes of snow tubing, and an all-season zip line park. Open until 3 a.m.
Big Sky has three mountains to delight skiers and snowboarders. Lone Mountain is the resort's signature peak, rising to 11,166 feet. The Lone Peak Tram takes the adventuresome to its apex with European style expert terrain below.

Bogus Basin is spread out over a 2,600-acre area. The claim to fame here is the family orientation. It sits above Boise with an 1,800 foot vertical. They have two quads, one triple and four double chairs.
Arapahoe Basin likes to put private://legendprivate:// alongside their name. While that may sound like a bad case of private://tall hat, no cattle,private:// the people who ski here don't seem to mind.
