Valdres only slightly more than a 2 hour north of Oslo. Valdres ski resort is beautyfully situated at the sunny side of the mountain, and has 4 ski lifts and 11 runs in all difficulty levels. The skiing area ranges from an altitude of 700 to 1060m, and the terrain is varied with lots of features for snowboarders and freestylers. The designated children's has a ski lift and a free private://magic carpetprivate:///conveyor belt for the small ones. There are ski in-ski out accommodations at the summit of the resort. Food and beverages are served, and there is a ski rental by the slopes.
