Tatranská Lomnica is one of the largest and most beautiful villages in the High Tatras. Located 6 km away from Smokovec.. The center is located in the beautiful scenery of High Tatras. You can ski down from 2196 meters above the sea level directly to Tatranská Lomnica through Lomnické sedlo. This slope is 5.5 km long. You can also get up to Lomnický peak (2632 m). The ski resort of Tatranská Lomnica is also suitable for beginners. It offers the the ski area Štart for beginners and chlidren. For intermediate skiers are Jamy a ?u?oriedky. Many people visit this resort in spring, because of perfect skiing conditions and awesome weather. Tatranská Lomnica is one of the most important tourist centers in Slovakia.
