Skiers and riders looking to challenge themselves have access to 12,481 foot Kachina Peak, where steep chutes and bowls await. Skiers and snowboarders of the beginner and intermediate variety also have something to look forward to at Taos, with miles of meticulously maintained groomers and cruisers. Taos averages 305 inches of annual snowfall and 300+ days of sunsine along with 1,294 acres of skiable terrain. The town of Taos offers tons of dining and nightlife as well as lodging specials.
