The sunny skiing-area Spluegen – Tambo is located at the foot of the majestic Pizzo Tambo at the border to Italy in Viamala. Beside the possibility to alpine skiing, it is also suitable for Cross Country skiing. In Spluegen you can go skiing on several alpine slopes, which can be artificially snowed. Getting there is possible by lifts. Whoever wants to do Cross Country-skiing in Spluegen, disposes over several dozens of snowy cross country ski tracks (skating and classical), which are located at the Hinterrhein. Also for people who want to do winter trekking there are well prepared tracks between Sufers and Hinterrhein. Tobogganing and Snow tubing are also possible in Spluegen.

Skidome De Uithof is very close to the beach near Kijkduin situated. Snowfun is possible 365 days a year on a 211 meter long slope. The Skidome offers 4 lifts (2 drag lifts and 2 magic carpets), so waiting time is limited.

The slopes in the ski area Disentis 3000 are well-groomed and very diverse. Most of the pistes are rather steep but still not too demanding. A 12 km long slope starting at the Péz Ault spans 1700 m of altitude.
