The Willis Tower (formerly named and still commonly referred to as Sears Tower) is a 442 m syscraper. At the time of its completion in 1973, it was the tallest building in the world and it held this rank for nearly 25 years.

The skydeck is located on the 103rd floor of the tower and is open to all visitors. The views over Chicago are fantastic and on a clear day you will see far over the plains of Illinois and across Lake Michigan to Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin. On a windy day you will also witness how a 442m high skyscraper sways in the wind. The tower`s elevators take 60 seconds to reach the top of the building and allow tourists to feel the pressure change as they rise up.

This skyscraper is one of the most popular destinations in Chicago and over one million people visit the Skydeck each year.
