General info:

If London Eye is not enough, take a ride on Singapore Flyer. It was the worlds tallest Ferris wheel until 2014 when high Roller in Las Vegas opened.

Also called an observation wheel, the Singapore Flyer has an overall height of 165m. It has 28 capsules, each able to accommodate 28 passengers. The ride is a bit pricey but the view from the top to every direction is unobstructed and pretty magnificent.

The “flight” takes 30 mins and if you select the special capsule, you can celebrate the ride with glasses of champagne. Perhaps the best time to hitch a ride is at dusk when the downtown skyscrapers is softly lit.
