By virtue of its elevated location, Schluchsee provides its guests with the best opportunities for a perfect winter sports holiday. The Black Forest's highest peak, the Feldberg, is not far away and offers the prettiest ski runs in the area - practically on the doorstep. Ideal for both beginners and experts alike. Anything goes. In and around Schluchsee the following activities are on offer: cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, cross-country trails of varying lenght, a natural ice-skating rink (depending on the weather), numerous ski schools, a ski jump, winter camping, a skating track, horse-drawn sleds...
