The Planai and Hochwurzen are the main entrance to the mountain ski region of Schladming connecting four ski resorts with 115 km of slopes and 52 cable car systems. Embedded in the picturesque countryside of the Styrian Enns valley, the Planai and Hochwurzen offer the most sophisticated skiing experience in Austria. Around skiing a region of recreation and wellness has developed, ranging from floodlit slopes to special offers for snowboarders.
