The mountain resort private://San Domenico di Varzoprivate:// is a natural place all surrounded by marvellous mounts, woods, fields, little lakes, snowfields. San Domenico is a quiete and little alpine village located at 1420 metres altitude by Varzo town, in Ossola Valley - Piedmont region - northern Italy. The resort is situated in the Lepontine Alps chain - Simplon pass area. San Domenico is the start point for: Alpe Ciamporino's ski runs and lifts in winter - Alpe Veglia natural park in summer. You can easily get to San Domenico from Switzerland and northern Europe through the near Simplon pass. In San Domenico and Varzo you can find every tourist facility: hotels, residences, chalets, flats to let, restaurants with local cooking, pub, foodstuff, newsagent, sportswear shops, equipment rentals.
