General info:

Skiing in a smaller skiing area doesn’t have to be boring-especially not when there´s a possibility to combine a skiing day with another skiing area. Such an offer exists in the skiing area Rifflsee in the Pitzal, which is located in direct nearness to the Pitztaler Glacier. Four lifts are carrying visitors to numerous and interesting slopes, which offer many possibilities for cosy skiers or even for sporty wintersports men. With the children-safe Sunna Alm-Bahn many slopes for families are located in the center of the skiing area. The 2800 metres high Grubenkopf is the highlight of the sympathic, small skiing area. The fast four-seated chair-lift carries you to beautiful, medium to difficult slopes.
