Rauland has a long and guaranteed snow season and is situated in short distance from Larvik,Oslo, Kristiansand and Haugesund. Here you will find an excellent combination of alpine slopes, varied cross-country ski trails and winter activities - and a free of charge ski bus service connecting the ski resorts together. Rauland is situated between 700 and 1100 metres above sea level. Rauland Skisenter, Vierli Skisenter and Raulandsfjell Alpinsenter can offer alpine pists, off-piste, snowboard parks and play areas for children. Vierli has Norway's largest toboggan centre. 150 km of marked and well-prepared cross-country trails await you.
