General info:

Situated inside a splendid natural setting at an altitude of 1450 metres, Prali offers 5 lift systems, about thirty kilometres of ski runs, 2 cross-country skiing circuits and numerous opportunities for off-piste skiing, excursions on foot or with snowshoes, figure skating and ice-climbing, as well as the chance to practice sled dog and the Archery Biathlon, the discipline that combines cross-country skiing and archery. Just 70 kilometres from Torino, Prali is the queen of the Germanasca Valley. Lying at the foot of the Cozie Alps, which divide it from the Queyras French Regional Park, it is the tourist locality par excellence, where practicing sport, enjoying nature and discovering the beauty of an authentic and welcoming alpine village, characterised by an uncontaminated mountain environment, with typical architecture, make it absolutely fascinating. After a day on the snow, Prali offers tourists a variety of ways to relax, including visits to the traditional Waldensian museums, train journeys into the heart of the mountain to the Scopriminiera – Ecomuseum of the mines and the Germanasca Valley, a modern museum centre which tells the old mining story of these valleys, as well as food and wine tours to enjoy the typical local Waldensian cuisine and the most genuine products of mountain agriculture.
