Enjoy in the natural side of Prague, far away from the crowd. Petrin Hill is a hill in the city area with many parks ideal for hikers. Standing some three hundred meters above the city, this hill is a popular destination for those who’d like to see the city from different angle. Petrin Hill is exactly the place that gives you that opportunity. In the late ninteteenth century, Prague people were impressed with the Eiffel Tower in Paris and built something similar. The Petrin Lookout Tower is more that 60 meters high observation tower, resembling the much famous Parisian one. From the top of the tower, the view of the city is just indescribable.

Getting there: 

The easiest way to get to the Petrin Hill is by tram. Use lines 6, 9, 12, 20 or 22 and get off at Újezd.

Costs: 

Petrin Hill is a city area of Prague and because of that the entrance is free. However, there are dozens of attractive restaurants and coffee shops around hill (and the tower, off course) that will make you spend some money.

The sunny and spacious skiing-area Sarn-Heinzenberg is located between 1300 metres and 2160 metres highness in the heart of Graubuenden. Here you find mostly moderate and easy slopes.

Sauze d'Oulx, pronounced Sow-zee-doo was one of the most successful Italian ski resorts on the 1970s and '80s, expanding rapidly. Located on a high sunny 'balcony' in the Susa Valley, the resort is surrounded by larch forest above.

Whoever goes for skiiing-vacation in Savognin can look forward to extra wide slopes for the whole family. The tracks are well prepared and rank among of the most beautiful ones in the whole alpine area.

The skiing area Schattwald Zöblen in the Tannheimer valley is equipped with very well prepared tracks. Whoever is on vacation in the skiing area Schattwald Zöblen gets the opportunity of slopes in every difficulty and every skills.
