A winter playground just 20 minutes from the town of Jasper, Marmot Basin offers 86 trails, 1,675 acres of skiable Rocky Mountain terrain, and some runs stretching up to 3.5 miles. The recent added terrain of the upper bowls improved the skiing experience immensely. Marmot has all the services skiers need: rental equipment, ski lessons, restaurant facilities, townsite bus service and a unique parking lot that allows you to ski to and from your vehicle. The area has three main lodge buildings with everything guests need for an enjoyable day on the mountain.
