With only six hundred year-round residents and a capacity of over 18000 beds, the village of Les Angles combines tradition and modernity perfectly. The village, proud of its Catalan roots is well preserved and still has the authenticity of a mountain village. Les Angles has developed a range of unrivalled touristic activities which make the most of local know-how and an impressive range of modern sophisticated equipment. With one single cable car in the resort, a massive quantity of snow guns and impressive night time ballet by the snow groomer's make sure that the ski conditions are best they can be for the visiting snow lovers. As an authentic Pyrenean ski village resort, Les Angles has evolved itself around the slopes, welcoming this new sort of tourism, however preserving its authentic character. Les Angles easily meets the requirements of any modern ski resort. In Les Angles you will enjoy a friendly warm Catalan welcome and a peaceful break in the mountains. To facilitate travel during your stay, eight free shuttles run continuously from 8:30 am to 18h to link the village to the skiing, giving easy access to the ski slopes. Four car parks are available (1700 parking spaces in total) to visitors. Note that a range of camper places are also available in Pla del Mir. 31 marked ski runs offer 50km of skiing. On top of that there are five places to get up onto the ski slopes (Pla del Mir, the chairlift Baliu, the Pèlerins gondola pilgrims, the Jassettes chairlift and the bottom of the resort) in Les Angles. The ease and facility of access makes the day easier from start to finish. The exceptional panoramic setting of the Les Angles, its' favourable snowfall exposure, and assertive friendly locals have helped to build Les Angles a solid reputation in France and in Spain. The snow park zone has a range of handrails, a half-pipe, a slope style, border cross, snow skate and chill out area. The Nordic cross country ski zone has 36 km of trails for skiing and snowshoeing. You can't stay Les Angles without taking a visit to the Animal Park. By spending the time having a look around in the park, you will be able to discover the entire animal wildlife specific to the Pyrenees region. In the afternoon take a dog sled to the adventure course or try diving underneath the ice of the lake, snow kiting or even a little spin on a paraglider. Just a few examples of the activities on offer in the Les Angles ski resort. With all these sports around, some people may just prefer relaxing by in the hot baths on the Matemale side of Mont-Louis (10 minutes from Les Angles). Test out the aqua aerobics centre which offers everything to relax: a 32 ° swimming pool, 36 ° Jacuzzi, a sauna, steam room and a cardio/fitness room. Meanwhile, for the children, supervision at the children's nursery private://The Pastouretprivate:// which welcomes children aged 3 months up to 2 years old. For older children from 2 ½ years to 12 years old the “Espace Bleu Neige” organises a whole range of great activities.

Adelboden, an idyllic chalet village at 1,350m above sea level, is surrounded by the magnificent mountain scenery of the Bernese Oberland. The ski resort Adelboden stretches from an altitude of 1,350m up to 2,400m.

A family-friendly winter sports area with two main ski lifts and a further two training lifts. It's a small, attractive ski area with a stunning surrounding mountain panorama with views of Lake Thun.
