Obereggen is a small town at the foot of Mount Latemar, nestled between Trentino and Alto Adige, the Dolomites and Valley of Adige. The area is known for Latemar Ski Center, which is connect with Obereggen-Pampeago-Predazzo, where it's possible to stay directly on the slopes. The resort has 18 modern ski lifts (14 chair lifts, 2 gondolas and 2 ski tows, which bring skiers from the base at 1550 m up to 2500 m in altitude. There are nearly 50 km of impeccable slopes, 19% blue slopes, 67% red slopes and 14% black slopes. The presence of snow and perfect skiing conditions are guaranteed all season long thanks to a modern snowmaking infrastructure (169 snow canons). Night skiing, winter trails, a snow park, half pipes, and an illuminated sledding slope for night sledding are just some of the many attractions you will find here. And if that isn't enough local hotels and restaurants are known for their excellent cuisine, high quality standards and a rich assortment of after-ski offerings, all this at only 20 minutes from Bolzano, in the heart of the Dolomites.
