General info:

Lago di Carezza is an incredibly beautiful alpine lake just on the foot of the Dolomites mountains. The turquoise blue water is crystal clear and reflects the Dolomites towering behind the lake.

Unfortunately it is not allowed to swim in Lago di Carezza.

Getting there:

The lake is about 25km from Bolzano. Just follow the road SS241 and you can´t miss it, it is right next to the road.

A mountain village with a long history (the Stria witch is burnt in the main square each January 6th to cancel the evils of the past year), the skiing is reached by gondola lift from the village.

Reutte Hahnenkamm

With the cable railway or with the chairlift you come to the skiarea Höfener Alm. You can lift with the new 4 person chair lift or with the two T-bar lifts. For beginners we have two T-bar lifts in Höfen by Schollenwiesen.
