The Swiss ski resort Laax is easily accessible and has numerous ski lifts. Many kilometres of varying slopes allow skiing and snowboarding at all difficulty levels. Laax is Switzerland’s leading freestyle winter sports resort and very popular for its snowboarding opportunities. A number of slopes are also provided with artificial snow when needed. Laax Flims Falera provides secured freeride runs with great powder. Lately the new development of the valey station in Laax Murschetg has added numerous bars, pubs and restaurants as well as designer appartements and a boarder/freeskier hostel for the younger community.
