Cannon Mountain, located in Franconia Notch, NH, can only be described as the epitome of New England skiing and snowboarding. It can be cold; it can be icy, but it offers some of the best terrain in the region. Cannon’s iconic aerial tram (1 of only 2 on the East Coast) whisks skiers and riders to the top of Cannon Mountain’s 4, 080’ peak elevation, the highest ski area summit in all of New Hampshire. Cannon offers 264 acres of skiable terrain and a 2, 180’ vertical drop. The Cannon Sports Shop provides retail options and top notch equipment rental; skiers can enjoy the après scene at the Cannonball Pub and enjoy a variety of lodging options in the Franconia area.
