General info:

Brian Head Resort offers skiers more than 500 acres of uncrowded terrain and more than 400 inches of that famous Utah flake that seems to fall with such regularity every year. A popular drive destination from Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Southern California since 1965, Brian Head Resort has more than 50 runs on its two mountains. The area fields an impressive learner's area, long cruisers, short mogul fields and sun-dappled days in the glades.
Brian Head is set amidst the backdrop of the spectacular red-rock formations of Cedar Breaks National Monument. There are three terrain parks; two on-mountain ski and snowboard rentals shops; ski and snowboard lessons available through the resort's Winter Sports School; inexpensive lift/lodging packages; dining; and shopping.
Expert skiing/snowboarding is available via snowcat to Brian Head Peak, conditions permitting. Night skiing and boarding is available Friday, Saturday, and holiday evenings.
