General info:

The banks of the river Seine in Paris are parts of the UNESCO’s World Heritage list. By cruising down this river you can enjoy in the view of the most of the Paris attractions, from the Eiffel Tower to the Notre Dame. You’ll also pass under some of the 37 bridges of Paris.

If you only have the change, we recommend taking a cruise along the Seine. It is a relaxing way of seeing the city from a different angle. There are several companies arranging the tours. We picked here Bateaux Parisiens (bateauxparisiens.com) that offers a variety of affordable cruise tours. The one that starts at the dock near the Eiffel Tower lasts approximately one hour. Besides cruising along the Seine River, you’ll get a narrative about the city history and its most important landmarks.

Getting there:

The starting point is at the foot of the Eiffel Tower at the Port de la Bourdonnais.

Costs:

The price of a 1-hour cruise tour starting from the Eiffel Tower costs €14.
