Alpine Valley is the largest ski area in southern Michigan. There are 25 runs serviced by 10 chairlifts and 10 rope tows for various levels of experience. The halfpipe is 350 feet, with verts up to 10 feet high. The terrain park has a variety of ramps, rails and launches.

The ski area Ehrwald is located in the Zugspitz Arena in Tyrol. The ski area is well-suited for skiers and snowboarders alike.

Eikedalen

Eikedalen ski resort is located 55km from downtown Bergen, a drive that takes only 45 minutes. The ski resort is situated at Kvamskogen, which is the major starting point for skiers in the area in winter.
